If you try hard enough, after a while you can push down anything. I'll just say that I thank you for just giving the facts, making yourself available for questions, and then getting out of there. While they are looking to you for the physical "why" questions at least you can give them something more comforting than I am often left with... "I don't know. I just don't know."
